What is poetry?

For me Poetry is a world when things you say or write can really touch someone in a way that makes them understand what you are trying to say or share.

It’s sort of like a sharing world, yeah you can put it that way, (A Sharing World). When you can share your thoughts and dreams and make them into a journey for others to join or a story to inspire

Poems can be about feelings or about events or more. For me when I think about the main subject that people usually write about is mostly about love.

When I grow Up!

When I grow up I would like to be a netball player and a rugby player or a flight attendance or a dancer the one who doesn't makes up dances but follows them.

So Netball. Playing netball gives me the joy and fun to play it over and over again. When I play I don't want to go on sub because I like want my time to last for long.

Now Rugby. And for rugby I gives me the strength and the thought to become more stronger not stronger like a body builder but stronger in my mind and mentally.

And Flight Attendance. I would like to be a flight attendance because I love travelling and also love meeting different people with different backgrounds and different places. One place I would love to go to is either Hawaii or Fiji.

Now last and not least a dancer.  What I love about dancing is that you get to embrace the talent and passion you have for dancing. I am not of those dancers who like to make up dances but I like to follow them. When I dance I feel happy and joyful.

Anzac Day!

To me Anzac Day means giving respect to those soldiers and people who put their life's to risk to save our country and also us, people who live in New Zealand Aotearoa. In battles they went through some survived and some didn't. It's heart braking when someone you are close to or someone in your family died in wars like ones soldiers go to.

For me I want war to end and live life peacefully and in calm. I went to say sorry to all the family's who are heart broken because they have either lost one of their friends, family, close relatives and family again like uncle, granddad, brother or dad. I give my respect and We will remember them.
